Sheriff Grady Judd of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) has announced that detectives are seeking tips from the public in the hopes that they may lead to the arrest of a Florida woman who pooped on the floor of a local Family Dollar and her male partner in crime who stole from the store during the distraction.
According to the Sheriff’s post to X/Twitter on January 9, 2025, detailing the crime, at around noon on December 18, 2024, two people walked into the Family Dollar located at 2170 Bailey Road in Mulberry, where the couple conspired and commenced their very different roles in a devious thievery plot.
While the man, dubbed Suspect #1, walked around the store gathering nearly $500 worth of merchandise, including items such as Gain, Tide, and Clorox products, the woman, who’s been dubbed Suspect #2, dropped a distraction by taking herself a big number two on the floor in front of customers and store staff.
While Family Dollar employees cleaned up Suspected #2’s poo, the pair was caught on store surveillance footage leaving the store and fleeing the area in a white Ford van.
